Requesting a refund
This policy explains how refunds and generation-credit returns work. Read the terms for your purchase type below, and contact support with the relevant order identifier.
Credit packs
For ordinary change-of-mind requests made within 14 days of payment, unused paid pack credits may be refunded in proportion to the order’s actual payment. Refund = actual amount paid × eligible unused paid credits ÷ paid credits purchased, rounded to the currency’s minor unit. Discounts use the discounted payment; promotional credits have no cash value. Credits already used or transferred are excluded. Include the order identifier in a support ticket. Mandatory consumer rights and technical-defect claims are not limited by this voluntary window.
Processing a refund
Pending generation tasks using the order’s credits must settle first. Approved unused credits are reserved while the payment provider processes the refund, so they cannot be spent twice. Refunds return through the original payment route. A confirmed failed refund releases the reservation; an uncertain or pending outcome is reconciled without a second refund. The amount shown before approval is calculated by the server.
Subscriptions
You may cancel future renewal and continue using the paid period. Monthly credits expire at the end of their allowance month. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and release credits monthly; cancellation of the next renewal does not remove the remaining months of the paid year. A subscription refund is reviewed separately and is not an automatic per-video cash refund. Statutory withdrawal rights, required consent for early performance, and remedies for defective services remain applicable.
Failed or unexpected outputs
A confirmed final generation failure restores its generation credits. A slow or uncertain task is reconciled before retrying. A successful AI output may vary in likeness, wording, audio and movement; subjective preference alone does not promise a cash refund or unlimited free remakes. Report technically broken or materially missing output through support. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Offers and access
The 20% first-purchase offer applies to eligible one-time credit packs only and does not stack with subscriptions or annual discounts. A refund does not restore first-purchase eligibility. Single-video unlock purchases grant access to an existing private original, not generation credits or a new generation. A refunded unlock revokes that access and its public share. Never send passwords, card details or authentication codes in a support request.
