Using the service

Rap Video Studio creates AI-generated entertainment from portraits and creative directions. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Content Rules. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Keep your account secure and do not share access with others.

Your photos and creative directions

Only upload images you own or have permission to use for AI video generation. Obtain permission from each person shown, including permission for the intended use of the result. You retain your rights in your inputs and authorize the service and its processors to use them as needed to provide the requested generation, delivery, and support.

Do not upload copied lyrics, unlicensed music, or requests to imitate an identifiable person's voice. Do not submit illegal, abusive, sexual, exploitative, or misleading material. Read the Content Rules before creating a video.

Generated results

AI can change a person's appearance, omit details, mispronounce words, or produce unexpected motion and audio. Exact lyrics, timing, mouth movements, likeness, uniqueness, and fitness for a particular use are not guaranteed. Review the result before sharing it and disclose its synthetic nature where appropriate. Commercial use requires you to hold the necessary rights and comply with applicable rules; these terms do not clear third-party rights for you.

Credits and payments

Current package prices and credits are displayed on the pricing page; each video uses its actual server quote. One-time pack credits do not expire. Recurring allowances expire at the end of their monthly allowance period. Annual plans charge upfront and release credits monthly. Canceling renewal preserves the paid period.

A confirmed final task failure returns generation credits. A task with an uncertain provider outcome may remain pending during reconciliation. Payment refunds are handled separately under the Refund Policy.

Availability and storage

Features and available scenes can change as service quality is verified. Generation time varies. Do not rely on the service for urgent, safety-critical, or guaranteed deliveries. Keep a downloaded copy of results you need; we do not provide an indefinite storage guarantee.

Misuse and support

We may refuse requests or restrict accounts involved in abuse, infringement, or attempts to bypass permissions and billing. Open a support ticket from your account for disputes or account assistance. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
