A pack price is not a single-video price
The current catalog above supplies each full package’s price and credits. The server quote supplies the cost of your selected model, duration, resolution and reference inputs. Change the settings and check the quote again before paying.
Divide available credits by the quoted cost and round down to complete videos. Keep the remainder visible. If a pack cannot cover even one video at your settings, it is insufficient even when its minimum checkout price looks attractive. A calculated average is not a separately purchasable clip.
One-time packs and optional plans
A one-time pack does not renew and purchased pack credits do not expire. Monthly and annual plans renew until canceled. Annual plans charge upfront and release their allowance monthly; each monthly allowance expires at the end of its allowance month.
Canceling renewal preserves the paid period. The first-purchase offer applies only to eligible verified accounts and qualifying one-time packs; use the actual checkout amount, not an assumed discount.
Failed, uncertain and completed are different
A final technical failure, an unknown supplier outcome and a completed result you dislike follow different rules. Avoid duplicate submissions while a task is pending, and read the refund policy.
A completed result you dislike does not automatically receive a remake or cash refund. Eligible unused paid-pack credits may qualify for a proportional refund within the policy window. Payment refunds and generation-credit returns are separate.
Unlocking a file does not create a new video
If an existing private preview has a full file, a separate unlock can grant access to that file. It grants no credits, starts no generation and does not extend its original expiry. Videos made with credits already include full-file access.
Download a copy while access is valid. A free account, a public sample and the local writing tools do not include a new personalized AI preview.

Can I use it without a monthly subscription?
One-time packs are separate from optional recurring plans. Check the current catalog, renewal terms and exact quote before purchase.
Does higher resolution guarantee a better face?
No. Resolution describes the file, while identity, anatomy and lip sync need their own checks.
Are taxes or discounts included?
The checkout summary is authoritative for the actual charge and applicable conditions. Do not infer it from a per-video average.
